Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get to the Unplugged retreat?

After you register, we provide a detailed welcome packet that includes driving directions, recommended airports, shuttle options, and parking information. Most teams choose to carpool or take a group shuttle directly to the retreat grounds. Once you arrive, our facilitators will greet you and help with check-in so you can settle in right away.

What kind of team is right for the Unplugged retreat?

Unplugged is ideal for teams who want a reset—whether you're dealing with burnout, communication challenges, a big upcoming project, or simply need time together outside the office. We work with tech teams, creative teams, small businesses, nonprofits, and leadership groups who want to reconnect and return with renewed clarity and focus.

What size teams can you accommodate?

Our retreat space comfortably supports groups of 8–20 people. Smaller teams benefit from more personalized facilitation, while larger teams enjoy the flexibility of multiple breakout rooms and private workspaces. If you have a team outside this range, reach out—we can discuss custom arrangements.

Is there really no wi-fi available?

Mostly, yes—and intentionally so. The retreat is designed to help teams disconnect from digital noise and rediscover how to collaborate without constant pings and notifications. That said, we do provide a designated workspace with limited Wi-Fi access for essential tasks or unexpected needs.
